The following ATDUs can be sold as one package or two separate plants.

ATDU Plant No. 1

• Capacity: 2-3 tons per hour with oil based mud and cuttings
• Has achieved contractual cleanup level of 5,000 mg/kg (0.5%) or less total hydrocarbons
• Designed to process: tank bottoms, filter cake, tanker bottoms, oily sludge, oily soil
• In operation until February 2007
• Feed hopper with live bottom with variable speed control
• Conveyor system with cover and support legs
• Rotary Desorber - RA330 Construction
• Burners – multi fuel type /fuel train is set up for fuel oil
• Material cooling, SS304 steam scrubber and discharge
• Vapor recovery including quench and venturi scrubber – SS 304 construction
• Shell and tube heat exchanger – SS 304 construction w/ water chiller unit
• Process water recycling and cooling including shared heat exchanger and cooling tower
• Oil water separator
• ID fan - variable speed drive control
• Power, control and instrument cables, cable trays with support and pipe rack with support
• Process and burner controls and switchgear well maintained kept indoors
